Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Custom or event orders may require additional preparation time.

Standard products are shipped within the United States via trusted carriers. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout.

Local Delivery for Sculptural Candles

Due to their fragile and sculptural nature, some candles are available for local delivery only.

These items can be delivered within a 20-mile radius of Santa Barbara, California.
If your order includes one of these products, local delivery options will be provided at checkout. An order pick up in Santa Barbara is always possible.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Heat & Weather Notice

Candles are sensitive to heat and extreme temperatures. During warmer months or heat waves, there is a small risk that products may soften or warp during transit.

To reduce this risk, we carefully package orders and may occasionally delay shipment during periods of extreme heat to ensure your items arrive in the best condition possible.

Once delivered, we recommend bringing packages indoors promptly and avoiding leaving them in direct sunlight or hot environments.
